Summer training is a demanding program and an essential part of our season aimed at improving player’s endurance, agility, and skills. It includes intense drills, strength and conditioning workouts, tactical sessions and small sided games. During the summer training program, players can expect to push their limits and challenge themselves both physically and mentally. The intense drills are designed to enhance their skills and technique, while the strength and conditioning workouts are geared towards building their overall fitness levels. Tactical sessions provide players with the opportunity to sharpen their game understanding and decision-making abilities, preparing them for the challenges they will face during the season. Small sided games not only help improve teamwork and communication but also allow players to apply what they have learned in a competitive setting. Overall, the summer training program is a crucial stepping stone towards achieving success on the field and fostering a strong sense of camaraderie within the team.
